Cleaning policy

We know parties get messy — and that’s okay!

However, all items must be returned:

  • Free of food, mud, and debris

  • Dry and wiped down

  • With all pieces included (including foam darts, Jenga blocks, etc.)

Excessive cleaning may result in a cleaning fee.

Damage & Responsibility

Customers are responsible for rental items from the time of pickup until return.

You are responsible for:

  • Lost pieces

  • Broken equipment

  • Damaged items due to misuse

Replacement costs may apply and may be deducted from your deposit.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made at least 7 days prior to your event.

Deposits are non-refundable within 6 days of your event date.

Rescheduling may be available based on availability.

Weather Policy

Outdoor events always carry weather risks.

Rental items must not be used in rain or severe weather unless specifically approved.

We do not offer refunds due to weather conditions, but we will do our best to accommodate rescheduling when possible.

Safety & Supervision

All rentals must be used safely and under proper adult supervision.

By renting from Grab & Go Event Co., you agree to assume responsibility for safe operation and supervision of all rental items.
